I have a problem with a broken shoulder harnes plastic guide, part of the seat belt.To remove it the head rest has to be removed so that the broken plastic arm can be unscrewed from the underside of the head rest.
I can't get the head rest off the back of the seat.
The Cessna is a late 2000 model 172S Mollenium.
Can anyone tell me how to remove the head rest?
