I recently bought a Cessna 150/150 and was told that an increase in gross weight from 1600 lbs to 1900 lbs is almost automatic, so long as I apply for it. Where do I go to apply for this gross weight increase, as my aircraft also has the extra internal tip-tanks, and the increase in gross weight would be nice (necessary). Thanks.
