I have been offered a 210 B, 1962,s/n210-57970.
it.s one of this rare 4- seaters carrying the Conti-IO470, 260hp.
it`s difficult to get information about this type of aircraft.
specially I´m little concerned about the undercarriage and the small engine.
Is there anybody who may tell me about or may say where to find reports?
I have a 1960 210 with only 1338TT. If the engine hasn't been overhauled [as mine hasn't] You have to replace all the cylinders at overhaul I think 260hp is plenty. I get 180+ out of mine. g maintenance is the key to the landing gear. I would recommend all gear doors be removed and checked for worn parts. I found a couple of ball joints on mine ready to fail. - - like they told the kamikaze pilots "rotsa ruck"
