I have recently purchased all 21 STC's from TurboPlus. I have broken them down by design type and with the purchase price for each STC. Please contact me at TurboPlusSTC@aol.com for more information.
You should check with the FAA and their attorneys. The Turboplus STC's have already been transfered to my name. See what happens when you get so far in debt and let your business assets, STC's included, go up for sale at public auction. Yes Mr. Latschaw, I do own all the Turboplus STC's. I also own all inventory from your storage facility and all fiberglass molds which also went up for public auction for your failure to pay rental fees and past due bills. All this information is recorded through county records!
There has been some questions on the ownership rights to the Turboplus STC's. Let me set the record straight. I purchased all Turboplus assets through a public auction held by The Pierce County Sheriff's Office in the city of Gig Harbor, Washington. On the required list of business assets being auctioned were all the STC's, by STC number that were included in that auction. The previous owner of the STC's was served notice of the public auction by the law enforcement officer that was assigned to this specific auction. There was no written, verbal or legal steps by the previous owner to stop this auction. At the Turboplus business site there were two law enforcement officers conducting the auction. I was the highest and best bidder for the Turboplus assets. Prior to the auction I contacted FAA/Seattle and questioned them about the STC's being offered at the auction. After FAA had contacted their own attorney I was informed that the original STC's did not have to be present at the auction, copies would be acceptable, since the STC's were the most value asset of the Turboplus business. We all know how long it takes the FAA to do any type of paperwork transfer, and all the departments it has to go through. I hope this clears up any questions about the Turboplus STC's
Totally unprofessional posting, regardless if you own them or not, rubbing salt into the poor guys wounds.
Why make it so public? You have no idea of his circumstances, and posting it public only makes you look bad.
Posting my claims were the only way to inform General Aviation of the truth. His statement that I never have or will own the STC's was a misleading and false claim that effected, and was questioned by my customer list. I had tried many times to contact the previous owner by phone, he refused to retutn my calls. We live about 3 miles from each other.
