Do not click it now while on this page. Go Home first, then click New Discussion.

If you are in a Category when you click New Discussion, the new post will be put into that Category.

If you're at the home page, you will be asked to choose your Category. Typically, choose General Discussion.

There are four icons in the posting box to help you add photos. use the second one to add photos.

Step 1 Find Your Customer / Account Number
In some places it's called Customer Number and in others it's Account Number, but it's the same thing. It's on your mailing label.

Step 2 Click Here and Enter Your Customer/Account Number

OR visit https://cessnaowner.org/ and click LOGIN top right and look for "First Time Registration" in the top right.

Step 3 Click the verification link in the email you'll get sent Sometimes you may need to check your spam or junk folder. The email will come from support@jpmediallc-signon.com. If you can't find that email, or you receive an error, please contact Samantha at samanthah@jpmediallc.com

Step 4 Create your new Username and Password
You may use the Username from the previous Forum, or you can change it. We do not recommend using an email address as your Username. Your previous account will be merged with your new account regardless of what new Username you choose.

Step 5 Log In To The New Forum
You will be given a link to log back in, or you can simply come back to https://forums.cessnaowner.org/ and click on Sign In in the top right.

Step 6 Say Hello and Upload Your Picture
Go here and upload a picture and tell us about yourself.

If you see "Sign In" top-right then move to the section below. If you see your name top-right (and not "Sign In") then you're logged in now. You'll need to log out so you can change your password.

Because you're going to get kicked out of this page when you log out, before you proceed, either download the PDF at the bottom of this post, or copy/paste/email all of these instructions to yourself so you have them after you log out.

1) find your Customer Number (it's on your mailing label. It's also been emailed to you when you signed up).
2) Use the gear box top right (right of your name, last button on the right) and pull down to Sign Out. Make sure you have the PDF below first because you're going to be kicked out of the page you're on now.
3) Visit cessnaowner.org/login
4) Click middle-right to "Forgot your username or password?" You can reset your password on that page.

How to change your password if you're currently logged out
