    Hello, My name is Mark and I am the new owner of a 1998 Cessna 182S based in Madison WI. This is my first airplane and I am open to any and all advice you can give to a new airplane owner. "Fly the piss out of it" is the advice I have gotten most so far, and I intend to do so. I am currently working on my instrument rating and am interested in pursuing a commercial license as well. Happy to be a part of the organization. Thanks.
