Insurance and social media
Am sure everyone is well aware that many hiring managers check applicant's social media posts and reject job seekers that may have questionable posts. I just wonder if social media might have an impact on obtaining aircraft, or any other type, insurance and our premiums. I specifically think those of us who fly to difficult destinations such as Forest Service mountain strips might be well advised not to post our adventures. I realize this will take some of the fun out of our travels but food for thought.

I've had about 250 employees in my lifetime and in the last ten or fifteen years (the age of social media) I had my HR person always google prospects for any information available. So, do insurance companies? Good question. I would expect them to look at your credit history in addition to your flying and driving record. Anything else?
