6.00x6 nose wheel on 182K

I am finding conflicting answers to this. Will a 6.00x6 wheel work on my 1967 182 stock fork? Or does it require a heavier duty fork for the Airglas? Have any of you actually done it?

    Hmmm. Seems to me that unless the 6x6 nose wheel is listed on your type certificate that you'll need an STC to put one on. Just out of curiosity, do you have an STC? Is the 6x6 tire listed in your service manual or POH?
