NTSB Report on Cardinal 177B

Hi everyone,
Some time ago we lost a member in a Cardinal 177B incident. Here is the NTSB report on that.

    Link to preliminary report does not open (12 Dec 21; 0830 PST). About an hour later I went to the NTSB site after the link failed and used CAROL to locate the report. It too wouldn't open. Scott, perhaps you might copy & paste the report on this forum thread if and when it becomes available??
