If my Airplane is down for 4 months because waiting for fuel cells, Can I put a hold on my Insurances ?

    I don't think you want to do that. If your plane is uninsured and it gets damaged during maintenance, then what? You could, however, switch to ground only insurance for a while. Talk to your insurance agent.
