Looking for confirmation on part #0732000-154

I have a C182A serial # 51360 that I have a question about the Elevators and would like an opinion on. My question are the right and left elevators interchangeable they have the same part number but could I be missing something "?

    This just in from Erich:

    They are interchangeable. (They are the same part)

    Often you will see elevators with hail damage on the bottom because they just flip them over.
