Cessna 337 recurrent training

Hey all,

I have owned my 337E for almost a year and was wondering if anyone had information about a recurrent training program for the type. Insurance required two hours of dual when I bought the plane, but I’m interested in something more formal, if it exists.

Thanks for all inputs.

Hi and thanks for writing. Our association insurance agent, Scott "Sky" Smith is a 337 expert. Send him an email and ask him who he recommends! His email is: ins@skysmith.com

  • Thanks! I’m grateful for your help. Will do.

  • Where are you located?

Wright Aviation is where I got my transition training for my T337G. They are located in Colorado. https://wrightaviation.com/

I don’t work for them and have no involvement with them other than being a past student.

  • Thanks, Dave. I live in the Atlanta area, but have family in Ft. Collins. I’ve flown little planes there in the past. I’ll check it out.
