Cessna Service Letter

I'm looking for an old Cessna Service Letter so I can determine if it has been applied to my airplane by a previous owner. I don't see a record of this in the Aircraft or Engine Log, so I need to see the Service Letter itself to determine if it has been applied. Can anyone help me to obtain a copy of Cessna Service Letter SE74-18, dated Aug 23, 1974?
