182H best glide speed

I have been trying to find out what the best glide speed is for the 182H (1965). Nothing in the poh. or anywhere relating to this model.
Does anyone have an answer

    I have a 62 E model. I read and figure it is somewhere between VX and VY?

    Mine was in my (old style pre POH) manual as 80 mph


    it also lists

    Vx is 77 mph

    VY is 88 mph

    so I use 80 as my best glide. Weight dependant of course.
