1982 TR182RG fuel pressure gauge fluctuating

Cessna TR182RG R18201856 . Last flight the fuel pressure gauge started fluctuating really bad. when i turn on the electric fuel pump it shows 30 psi and quits fluctuating as bad without electric pump on . Put a test gauge on and it does the same thing. Four different IA s are not sure what is causing the problem. is it the gauge or the fuel pump?

    Unless you have a brand new pump, since we don't know the time on it, I would vote you have a bad check valve in pump or something lodged in it.
