Panel Attachment Buttons
Does anyone know who sells these prong-type upholstery/panel buttons? A 1957 182A could use about half a dozen.
Thanks!
Steve

Steve I know I've come across those in the past either in shopping or on previous post someplace. If I'm not mistaken I think you can probably find those in an automotive variety as I'm going through stuff here over the week I'll see if I can come up with the thread that I had found a long time ago.

Steve check these out these are on air crash Bruce and I think they will work as good as or better than the original ones because they won't be as strong especially when you go to remove the panel overlay. Another option to explore would be automotive plastic trim clips. I have a massive assortment of those for my car and I tell you what they could be very useful for holding plastic parts in an aircraft environment. Nice thing is that they're easily removable and certainly plentiful. Cessna actually use a lot of plastic automotive style clips for rear bulkhead panels to access the ELT. Check them out you can be a little creative on these. Carl
For some reason I can't attach or copy any photos onto this thread
Go to aircraft spruce and search for Cessna upholstery snap fastener. Part number s1898-2.

YES!
Much appreciated folks! I used the wrong words in my search. These buttons will be holding the Cargo Panels in place.
Thank you Carl and Jgo.
