Hi! New Member flying a 1965 P206

New to the forum and wanted to say hi from Anchorage, Alaska. Been lurking from the cyber sidelines for awhile now and finally decided to join. I purchased a 1965 P206 back in March of 2020 and I’m still working toward my first 100 hours in it. Hoping to get some ideas and information as I plan some upgrades and refurbishment. Thanks for a great site.

  • I recognized the tower in the background of your photo. I too fly a P206 (D model) out of MRI. The early 206s, especially the "P" models, are great airplanes for flying around Alaska. Light and fast with a useful load better than the newer models. Good luck with your flying and stay safe.
