Aviation Tutorials LLC offer

Is this a scam of some sort.
They ask for all sorts of information and try to set “endless” cookies.
Refusal to accept the cookies results in a blank link.
This feels more like an information collection scheme than an “offer”

Cessna Owner you really should check out your “offers”
As an FYI the other offers seemed genuine

Here's a response from our management:

Aviation Tutorials has advertised with us before and we don’t consider them to be fly-by-night or tricky. Yes, there are some catches with their “free offer” of a $129 product. We did assume that people would understand that there would be email addresses and website cookies involved with such an offer; perhaps we should have made them clarify the “catches” in plain English. But it’s a real company with real products (they even have FAA Wings credits) and there will be ads from them in the future as well. Other members were glad we did this and took advantage of the offer and are glad we got them something so valuable for free, or at least for no money.”
