182L with a few upgrades

It only had about 2200TT when we found it and was all original. The only thing original now is the airframe itself.

  • It was time for an engine overhaul, so we decided to upgrade to an IO550. While it was in the shop, we decided to get it painted. With new engine and paint, the old interior and panel looked pretty bad, so we did those upgrades. It's like new. It's a company-owned plane and we use it for business travel.

  • Nice aircraft! I had similar avionics in the 421 and absolutely loved them. Growing up with steam gauges I was little reluctant to spend the monies but after I would do it again in a heart beat. I hope to do similar panel in my 182P with EIS.

    Just a carbureted guy in fuel injected world!
