Update Center Console
I have a 182F with a new glass cockpit and I’m looking for the best way to update the console to make it match the new charcoal gray panel. Does anyone have any suggestions on repainting it or experience with one of those plastic covers? I’m considering one from Shelkirk. A photo of the existing console is attached. -
Belly Fuel Drain Valve for C182A
I'm trying to find a replacement for the fuel drain valve located below the engine on my 182A. I suspect I'll be getting a Curtis Superior valve, but I can't find a cross-reference from the CCA-#### part number that Curtis uses, and the Cessna part number used in the maintenance manual (1850410-1). Has anyone ever replaced… -

Controller-to-pilot blind spots
To my pilot friends, specifically those who regularly use the ATC system, and my controller friends who are curious and are looking for a discussion topic: What (anything: phraseology, systems, weather, performance, etc.) do you feel the person on the other side of the radio doesn't understand about what's happening on… -

Members in the UK?
The COO survey states that 8% of the members live outside the USA; so do any of you live in the UK? The COO is a great source of information, and very useful for linking to the other 92% who are USA owners / pilots; but there are issues that we in the UK experience differently. A quick example, nothing to do with Cessna…
